Our Commitment

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Aurexio Creative.

At Aurexio Creative, customer satisfaction is our priority. We work closely with clients to deliver high-quality design services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

• No design concepts have been delivered.
• The project has not yet entered the design phase.
• Duplicate payments were made by mistake.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Initial concepts have been delivered.
• The client approves any design concept.
• The project is completed.
• Delays result from lack of client communication.
• Services have been fully rendered.

Revision Process

Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to utilize the revision opportunities included in their selected package.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before design work begins. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Aurexio Creative directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Policy Updates

Aurexio Creative reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
