Agreement

This is a one-time charge that will appear on your statement as Aurexio Creative.

By accessing or using Aurexio Creative’s website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Services

Aurexio Creative provides logo design, branding, social media branding, stationery design, and related creative services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Respond to design feedback promptly
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
• Ensure content provided does not infringe on third-party rights

Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before project commencement.
• Additional services outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

Revisions

Revision limits are determined by the selected package. Additional revisions beyond package limits may be billed separately.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, clients receive ownership rights to approved final designs. Aurexio Creative reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Delays

Delays caused by lack of client communication, missing information, or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Aurexio Creative shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

Modifications

Aurexio Creative may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
